STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin, hold left-click, then move in circles with a rubberband
selection.
2. Repeat the same on the Desktop.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin's rubberband selection is stuttery when compared to the Desktop one.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both should have the same smoothness.
