            Bug ID: 522712
Summary: amarok run from flatpak fails to start
    Classification: Applications
           Product: amarok
      Version First 3.3.3
       Reported In:
          Platform: Kubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: kf5

I'm trying to upgrade from amarok 3.3.2 (installed via a ppa) to a more recent
one using flatpak.

Unfortunately the flatpak one won't run, no window ever appears.
If I run it using --debug the last line that appears before it hangs is

amarok: [LastFmService] Last.fm: errorMessage: There was a problem
communicating with the Last.fm services. Please try again later.

version 3.3.2 runs fine and updates info in lastfm without a problem (but maybe
there's an issue in code after outputting that line?)

Uninstalling the flatpak version the older version of amarok runs fine.

Not sure if this is a flatpak issue or amarok?

General Information:
   Amarok Version: 3.3.2
   KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
   Qt Version: 6.9.2
   GStreamer: GStreamer 1.26.6
