first menu item is hidden beyond the screen top edge
Context menu for other apps selection doesn't fit the screen. At least one menu
item (recent used app) at the menu's start overflows the top of the screen.
It's hidden but exists beyond the screen edge.
DESCRIPTION
This bug has been around for ages.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the context menu for the file in Dolphin.
2. Select the open with another app menu item.
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu doesn't fit the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu fit the screen.
