Observed bug

DESCRIPTION
Inside the System Settings app, WiFi & Networking, Firewall, and then View
connections, it loads properly at first. But when scrolling down and waiting a
few seconds then scrolling up, the row entries get jumbled and bugged. Like the
rows show empty and jammed together. I think this typically happens when an old
connection is changed, or if a new connection is made. Also note, I have ufw
enabled with very basic ssh in and out enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to System Settings app, WiFi & Networking, Firewall, and then View
connections
2. Open any application that makes a connection to the outside world
3. Scroll down in the settings page. Then close the application that made
outside world connection. Then scroll up.
4. It's a bit of a hard reproduce but when it happens there's a solid few
seconds of delay until the page refreshes.

OBSERVED RESULT
Removed rows of information

EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth transition when connections are added or deleted and no artifacts in
terms of deleted rows.
