When external monitors are connected though the thunderbolt dock, the integrated monitor starts to freeze for long periods. This should be reported under kwin - wayland-generic Regarding the error about a screen being at position -2147483647, that has a report in bug 507702. This should be fixed in Plasma 6.7.0 and you said you're not seeing this anymore.
