Issue in Plasma
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a single user in the system.
2. Open Application Launcher.
3. Click on "Session".
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a "Switch user" button, which shouldn't be there because there's no
user to switch to.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Switch user" button should only appears when the system has 2 or more
users.
