I do use multiple external monitors. * double clicking selects an entire row * middle mouse paste pastes double * right click is double (I guess) which is why the menu immediately disappears (most of the time) * scrolling with the wheel doesn't work * clicking on the menu bar doesn't summon a menu, I could only navigate it with Shift+F10 and arrows At first I thought it was the terminal emulator that's broken (before I noticed that the menu was too), and I tried to reset the terminal in various ways (clear scrollback and reset, opening a program that uses alternate screen e.g. midnight commander): these of course didn't change a thing. The only way to get normal behaviour back is to restart Konsole. Strangely the configuration windows don't show any bad behaviour. This is basically the only KDE app I use all the time, so if something else also exhibits the issue I can't really tell.
