The option "Rescan files when files are modified" was always on.

I tried again using a new JXL image like this:

1. Create a JXL image with: ```magick -size 800x800 canvas:red red.jxl```
2. Add a face tag to the image.
3. Close and reopen Digikam. The face tag is still there and the face region is
shown.
4. Close Digikam, move the folder outside of where Digikam can see it.
5. Open Digikam, close it.
6. Put the folder back in its place.
7. Reopen Digikam and this time the face region is visible, like it should be.

Is there a way to force a re-reading of the metadata from all files, even those
that might have a deleted copy?
