DESCRIPTION
If "Repeat Track" is set, Amarok stops playing instead of repeating the track,
though the play/pause button still indicates that it's playing, and the OSD
popup displays the same track as if it was about to start playing. However, the
track position in the UI is at the end of the file. Hitting play/pause does not
do anything. The only thing that helps is to double click on a track to start
playing that track. This works even if you double click on the track that's
having issues.
"Repeat album" does not have this issue.
This only seem to happen for some tracks, but so far it's been every track on
specific albums. They're all in FLAC format, but from different sources. It
doesn't happen to all FLAC files.
Sometimes Amarok has to be restarted for playing to work again when this
happens.
I can reproduce it with a local debug build and latest sources. Unfortunately
I'm not familiar with the code base and the queue system, so I'm not sure where
to look.
This is on a Kubuntu 26.04 system.
I tried to use "Repeat track" in other music players and they don't have this
issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Amarok
2. Set mode to "Repeat Track"
3. Play any song from an album that is affected
4. Amarok "stops playing" when the song ends
OBSERVED RESULT
Playing stops after track ends.
EXPECTED RESULT
Track should repeat from the beginning.
