how to reproduce the bug
DESCRIPTION
In the `remote:/` special folder, the detailed view (Ctrl + 3) of folders
displays subfolders at the same level as the parent folder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a remote tree structure: `mkdir a b c d`
2. Login to the distant server
3. Expand the remote folder
OBSERVED RESULT
The folders are placed on the current level of the directory tree.
