STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch NeoChat (Flatpak nightly build, in case that's relevant)
2. Open Push Services KCM in System Settings
3. Click the trash button for NeoChat and approve un-registering it
4. Quit NeoChat
5. Re-launch NeoChat
OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat registers itself again!
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat is prevented from re-registering itself again until I approve such a
thing
