DESCRIPTION
It's a small annoyance. I wish you could lock the size of the Panels and that
there was some system to prevent their sizes from changing by other elements
without the explicit input from the user to change it's size.
I use the Information Panel often to see images and documents, sometimes I
change it's size to better see the image, but if I increase the size too much
it can change the size of the Location Panel at the other side. Also, depending
on which size you last used the Information Panel it bugs the next time you
opens it. Not only it changes the size of the Location Panel it also forgets
it's last size and opens in a minimum size.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Increase the size of the Information Panel and close it
2. Activate the Information Panel again
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
If you left the Information Panel past a certain size, when you open it again
it decreases the size of the Location Panel, plus it loses it's last size and
opens at the minimum size.
EXPECTED RESULT
For the Information Panel to remember it's last size and NOT change the size of
the Location Panel.
