DESCRIPTION
Using Wayland with Firefox and KWIN_WAYLAND_SUPPORT_XX_PIP_V1=1.
In two quick tests of the new Wayland PiP feature, it has now happened both
times that PiP windows randomly could no longer be moved around. Well, one of
them still could but nothing happened when trying to grab and move the others.
The video still played and the buttons inside were still responsive. Just
grabbing and moving them had no effect.
Haven't found a reproducer unfortunately. Since one of the PiP windows could
still be moved normally, it might be related to me using multiple PiP windows
at once. Also possibly relevant is that both times it happened, I attempted to
move them after not interacting with them for a few minutes.
