I won't post each lsusb response because systemsettings working after the first attempt and continues to work now after reconnecting all USB devices. The only difference noted (by a real saint in the Bazzite Discord) was that my fspaste listed a Nintendo controller connected via USB when my lsusb results did not. All we can figure is that an error somewhere created a phantom nintendo controller that doesn't exist and somehow borked my ability to open systemsettings, and resetting all of my USB port connections one by one was the main fix. I do not use a nintendo controller with my PC. The phantom nintendo controller has been dispelled and everything is working as expected now.
