(I have no idea if it is a limitation (thus intended) or a geniun bug with
activities.)
Steps to reproduce : __________________________________________________________
Create two Activities.
Configure Desktop → Location → Files linked to the current activity.
Link a .desktop launcher (for example steam.desktop) to one activity.
Switch to this activity.
Double-click the launcher.

Observed result
The launcher is treated as a regular application/x-desktop file.
A dialog asks which application should open it.
Expected result
The launcher should behave exactly like it does on the normal Desktop and
execute the application.
Additional information
The same .desktop launcher:
- Executes correctly when placed directly on the Desktop (XDG_DESKTOP_DIR);
Does not execute when shown through:
- A custom Folder View directory;
- "Files linked to the current activity".
Therefore the behaviour depends on the Folder View source rather than on the
launcher itself.
