Thanks for reporting. (not sur I understand what "miraculously" is supposed to
mean here though).
Anyway: these two scrollbars are QQuick view, and not widgets.
Can you try whether they work with other widget styles ?
Reassigning to QQuickControls. Could also be reassigned to plasma.
This is not a breeze style issue (since other scrollbars miraculously work).
