DESCRIPTION
I have two screens arranged in a stack, with a 1440p ultrawide monitor on top
of a 1080p ultrawide below, both plugged into DisplayPort ports in my GPU
(Radeon RX 9070 XT). I set the radio button for the top 1440p monitor to be my
"Primary" in the Display settings so my games will render there, and I put my
taskbar at the bottom edge of my bottom screen. The problem is that each and
every single time I wake my monitors from sleep and unlock the screens, the
taskbar moves itself to the 1440p top screen and the 1080p bottom screen sets
itself to "Primary" in the Display settings. Note, however, that the 1440p
screen does not UNset itself as the "Primary," either; the Display settings
menu shows BOTH the 1440p and 1080p screens have the radio button for "Primary"
set upon waking.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two screens plugged into a GPU's DisplayPort ports, one 3440x1440p
OLED set to "Primary" in the Display settings menu and one 2560x1080 LCD,
arranged in a stack with the the 1440p primary on top of the 1080p secondary.
2. Set a taskbar on the bottom edge of the secondary 1080p screen.
3. Press Meta+L to lock the screens
4. Wait until the screens have timed out and gone to sleep
5. Press Space to wake the screens.
6. Enter password to unlock the screens.
OBSERVED RESULT
Upon waking and unlocking, the taskbar has relocated itself to the bottom edge
of the top display and the "Primary" radio button in the Display settings menu
has been set for both monitors.
EXPECTED RESULT
Displays I DON'T select as "Primary" should remain unselected, and the taskbar
should stay where I put it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
One thing I have noticed is that my newer 1440p OLED screen takes a couple of
seconds to wake from sleep, whereas my older 1080p LCD screen wakes almost
instantly, and I wonder if that delay in waking of the desired primary is why
this happens, but I don't know.
