PDFs from ECAD tools often attach a popup annotation to each schematic
component containing metadata like the manufacturer datasheet URL.
Okular is, as far as I know, the only open source PDF viewer that renders these
popups correctly, which is already great. It would be a nice improvement if the
popup content could be selected/copied, and if URLs within it were rendered as
clickable links.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a PDF with a Text/Popup annotation containing a URL (sample attached)
Click a component to open its popup
Try to select or click the URL
