--- Comment #6 from skierpage <[email protected]> ---
Alas, this is still intermittently happening on the same system with Plasma
6.7.2/Frameworks 6.28.0. I resume from standby, and Bluetooth is reenabled.

It _may be_ that this happens if my Bluetooth headset is on and nearby.

Full output from System Settings > About this System:
Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.28.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.1.3-201.fc44.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz
Memory: 8 GiB of RAM (7.6 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: Intel® HD Graphics 520
Manufacturer: LENOVO
Product Name: 20FN002JUS
System Version: ThinkPad T460

I looked in journalctl output and there's a bunch of Bluetooth/Bluez stuff.
I've attached those lines.
