The "create" menu appears at the bottom right of the window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in.
2. Click the "Create" button in the left sidebar.
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu appears in the bottom right of the window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu appears next to the mouse cursor.
