SGGhostRider <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #2 from SGGhostRider <[email protected]> --- I had observed this issue for months on my Arch(CachyOS) distro, it seems every time i do "Right click" and then even if i ONLY HOVER over "Create New" my DE will just "forget" there is stuff in the clipboard, content in the clipboard seems to be irrelevant, happens to text, single files and any combination and amount of them of any format. It strangely seems that switching window focus out and back(per example "Right click -> Create New -> Focus browser -> Focus back the folder window") will restore the clipboard contents, so they are NOT deleted, just the DE "forgets" they are there, like some kind of desync issue. It NEVER has happened to me outside of opening the context menu of "Right click -> Create New", so it seem to be related to whatever code is being triggered when the "type of files list"(Folder, Text file, Empty file etc...) is opened/showed, I DO NOT NEED to even hover over the items inside, just by hovering over "Create New" is enough to trigger the "clipboard Alzheimer" issue... OS: CachyOS(Arch) Kernel: Since at least 6.18 up to the current 7.1.3 KDE(Wayland): Since at least 6.5 up to the current 6.7.2 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
