There is a bug related to the Splash Screen with Global Theme.
When the user create a new a Global Theme or select a existing theme this
configuration doesn't save the selected Splash Screen. The same issue happens
in the Global Theme -> Day Night Automatic or in Dark/Light Switch. After
choose the automatic option or switch Day <--> Night and rebooting the system
the splash screen back to the default and not apply example: "None" chosen by
the user.
