DESCRIPTION
File dialogs remember its own view properties, instead of using Dolphin's
non-global ones.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable global view properties in Dolphin settings
2. Set any directory's view properties
3. Navigate to this directory in file picker dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
Still using file picker's global view props
EXPECTED RESULT
Use dolphin's non-global view props
