STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On File Picker, select multiple items by holding Ctrl and clicking.
2. Observe it follows the order of selection, as shown in the input field.
3. Now select them with a rubberband selection.
OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't take the order they were selected into account.
EXPECTED RESULT
They should take the order of selection into account so it matches the behavior
of using Ctrl.
