Missing scrollbar
DESCRIPTION
I've noticed that when I'm switching between Home tab and another spaces tabs
the rooms list is sometimes not resized correctly or it is missing a scrollbar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch from a Home tab with short list of rooms (only 3 in my case) to a
space with many rooms in it (WhatsApp my case).
2. Get a long list of rooms without a way to scroll down.
3. You can use the collapse category button to force redraw and getting the
scrollbar back.
4. Switch back to a short list of rooms and sometimes you'll get a list, which
doesn't fit the whole area's width.
OBSERVED RESULT
Long list of rooms, but you cannot scroll down.
EXPECTED RESULT
Working UI.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): KDE neon
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26
Qt Version: 6.11.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There are possibly 2 separate issues.
When I'm switching between spaces with few rooms and many rooms, I can see that
the list is rendered small for a moment and then it is resized to fit the area.
It seems that sometimes it is not resized correctly (see the screenshot).
The missing scrollbar issue is worse. It is reproducible always for me and it
is causing usability issues, because I can't scroll through the long list (even
mouse scroll doesn't work in this case). I have to collapse the category and
then after re-opening the scrollbar is back (see the screenshot).
I've noticed, that this only happens when I'm switching from the Home tab to
the WhatsApp or Facebook tab. When switching from the Direct Messages tab to
the WhatsApp or Facebook this does not happen (despite the fact, that the
Direct messages tab only contains small number of items and there is no
scrollbar either).
