KFind does not preserve result-column order or widths after restart
Description:
KFind forgets manually configured column widths and column order in the
search-results view. After KFind is closed normally and reopened, the columns
return to their default widths and order.
I am reporting this as a normal usability bug because KFind exposes manual
column resizing and reordering but discards the resulting layout between
sessions. If persistence has never been intended for this view, this may
instead be classified as a wishlist item.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KFind.
2. Perform a search so that the results table is populated.
3. Resize one or more result columns.
4. Reorder one or more columns by dragging their headers.
5. Close KFind normally.
6. Start KFind again and perform another search.
OBSERVED RESULT
The result columns use their default order and widths. The manually configured
layout has been discarded.
EXPECTED RESULT
KFind should preserve the user-configured result-column layout (width + order)
between
application sessions.
REPRODUCIBILITY
Always.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The application otherwise starts and exits normally. This concerns the internal
results-table header layout, not the size or position of the KFind window.
