The improperly displayed loading icon.
DESCRIPTION
The loading icon found in the "Add Printer" menu in System Settings displays
all of its animation frames at once, which looks incredibly strange, when it's
clearly meant to be cycling through them to display a proper loading animation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the plasma-oxygen package and apply the Oxygen theme in System
Settings
2. Navigate to the Printers menu in System Settings
3. Click "Add" in the top right and observe the broken loading icon animation
OBSERVED RESULT
The loading icon displays all its frames at once. A video is attached to show
what this looks like.
EXPECTED RESULT
The loading icon properly animates, displaying each frame one by one in a loop.
