DESCRIPTION
This is a visual preference issue rather than a technical bug. When using icons
in the sidebar, there are some icons that trace their source to an icon located
in the /app folder. This makes sense because apps like Kwallet (Which features
a KCM in system settings is an application). However, the system selected the
icon located in /app/48 bringing a shrunk icon into the sidebar and it also
doesn't stem from where other icons come from. For example, wifi comes from
/actions.
My request would be to harmonize the sourcing of these sidebar icons so that
they keep a consistent look. Right now, I am doing monochrome icons that appear
on the sidebar, but only kwallet is not monochrome because it comes from
/apps/48 and that folder has a very specific styling idea that does not work
with the sidebar in system settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply the Ocean icon theme
2. Open system settings
3. Find colorful icons

1. Create symbolic versions of app icons and place them inside /apps/48
2. Create monochrome versions that are purpose-driven, not tied to an app and
put them in /actions or some other folder that makes sense
