DESCRIPTION
XP-Pen Artist 13.3 Pro - Pen fails to properly manipulate vector objects on
Windows 11 (works with mouse and other applications)

Environment

Krita Versions Tested

5.2.15
5.3.2.1
5.3.4 Prealpha

Operating System

Windows 11 Home
Build 26200

Tablet

XP-Pen Artist 13.3 Pro

Display Configuration

Laptop: 1920×1200 @ 100%
XP-Pen: 1920×1080 @ 100%

Tablet API Tested

Windows Ink
WinTab

Renderer Tested

Direct3D (ANGLE)
OpenGL
Problem

Using the XP-Pen pen on vector layers, moving or resizing vector objects does
not release correctly when the pen is lifted.

Instead, Krita continues to manipulate the object until the pen is moved
farther away from the display, causing the object to jump, resize unexpectedly,
or move far beyond the intended position.

This makes vector editing nearly unusable.

Mouse input works normally.

Paint layers work normally.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a new document.
Add a Vector Layer.
Create a rectangle (or other vector object).
Select the object.
Drag one of the resize handles using the XP-Pen pen.
Lift the pen from the display.
Expected Result

The object should stop moving or resizing immediately when the pen leaves the
screen.

Actual Result

The object continues resizing or moving after the pen is lifted.

The manipulation only stops after the pen moves farther away from the display
(outside the hover distance), causing the object to "shoot" larger, smaller, or
farther than intended.

Additional Observations
Paint layers work perfectly.
Mouse input works perfectly.
Inkscape works perfectly with the same tablet and driver.
The problem only occurs in Krita when manipulating vector objects with the pen.
Testing Performed
Krita
Uninstalled and reinstalled Krita.
Tested:
5.2.15
5.3.2.1
5.3.4 Prealpha
Reset Krita configuration.
Created brand-new documents.
Tested with only a single vector layer.
XP-Pen
Reinstalled latest XP-Pen driver.
Recalibrated display.
Changed display mapping to Proportion (fixed cursor alignment only).
Tested both:
Windows Ink
WinTab
Graphics
Updated NVIDIA graphics driver.
Tested:
Direct3D
OpenGL
OpenGL made the issue worse.
Windows
Rebooted multiple times.
No relevant Windows Update occurred between the last working session and the
appearance of the issue.
No recent tablet/HID driver updates were found.
Display

Tested both:

Duplicate Displays
Extended Displays

No change.

Comparison
Application: Result:
Krita Paint Layers : Works
Krita Vector Layers (Mouse): Works
Krita Vector Layers (XP-Pen Pen): Fails
Inkscape (XP-Pen Pen): Works

Additional Information

Krita reports:

Qt 5.15.7
Windows Ink enabled
ANGLE Direct3D11 renderer
Windows 11 Build 26200

The usage log contains no errors or crashes and Krita starts and runs normally.

i can send a video of the issue if that helps
