Can't un-register NeoChat
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch NeoChat and use it
2. Quit NeoChat
3. Have the configured push server be unreachable (seems to be server-side
right now, but I assume disabling the network connection would work too)
4. Go to the Push Services KCM and click the trash button next to NeoChat, then
"OK to confirm
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. See attached screen recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat is un-registered.
I have no understanding of the way KUnifiedPush works internally; this is my
desire from a user perspective.
Perhaps the kunifiedpush-distributor process could un-register NeoChat locally
and then send that information to the server when it's reachable again. Or
maybe un-registering an app would block it locally, without the push server
needing to be involved.
Either way, the server being unreachable should not make it impossible to
un-register an app.
