Following a suggestion, I started Dolphine from a teminal, end when I tried to use tha right mouse key, I got this output: dolphin kf.config.core: Skipping Action "agif" due to empty Name field in file "/usr/share/kio/servicemenus/reimage-convert-rotate.desktop" kf.config.core: Skipping Action "agif" due to empty Name field in file "/usr/share/kio/servicemenus/reimage-convert-rotate.desktop" kf.solid.backends.kdeconnect: Failed to get list of devices: "Did not receive a reply.
