DESCRIPTION
Changing project monitor resolution changes speed of transition : see
attachment for difference from 1080p and 360p.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change resolution of project monitor to 360p
2. Play project from monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
The speed of transition is way too fast in 360p
EXPECTED RESULT
The speed of transition is the same whatever the resolution of project monitor
