Video of unintended behavior due to bug described.

DESCRIPTION:
I would like to note first that this issue persists though the "Sync with mouse
cursor" setting.

This issue became apparent when I was dragging the camera in one of my
animation tools. I'd lift my stylus off the pen display, only to have the
position of where I wanted to be, rapidly jump to a different position. I
believe this is because the cursor returns to a default position before then
returning to the stylus hovering position.

More corroborating evidence, was when re-arranging, and setting my pen display
as the primary display in the Display Configuration settings, the issue would
resolve temporarily. Based on how the camera in my animation tools were being
manipulated by this bug, it was obvious that it was a particular point. As the
severity of how much this camera would jump, would change based on the location
of where I lifted my stylus.

My workstation has 3 monitors, one being my graphics tablet, which is a Huion
Kamvas 22 plus. I observed the issue both in digimend, and Open Display Driver.
The issue begins right at the end of a stroke, lifting the stylus. Kwin, takes
that pointer for a split second before releasing it back.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply Stylus to Pen Display/ Drawing Tablet.
2. Lift Stylus off of pen display.

OBSERVED RESULT
cursor returns to default position before returning to stylus.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor remains at position oh stylus, or returns to mouse position based on
user defined setting.
