STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Create a Sticky Note on the Desktop with the context menu's "Create New".
OBSERVED RESULT
There's no such option.
I had to Google to find out I had to drag from the Clipboard, then edit the
text... It assumes I have that widget on the Panel, otherwise it would be way
too many clicks.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to create a Sticky Note from "Create new" would be very useful.
Even better if it revealed its shortkey (if it has).
