The Command Bar (Ctrl + Alt + I) is not discoverable/has no shortcut entry in
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to find the shortcut to activate the command bar (if you somehow
magically manage to know that this exists)
2. fail
OBSERVED RESULT
The command bar feature is practically undiscoverable. I only found out about
it after reading some of Nate's old "This Week in KDE" blog posts.
EXPECTED RESULT
Make it discoverable and add a shortcut entry.
