            Bug ID: 523449
Summary: Restoring windows position and size with session
                    management protocol doesn't work
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: kwin
      Version First 6.7.3
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: wayland-generic
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
I'm testing Chromium 150.0.7871.181 and Firefox Developer Edition 154.0b1. Both
advertise support for xdg version of session-management protocol. But if I
position their windows, close application, open it again it will open existing
windows with default position and size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Chromium/Firefox Developer Edition 154.0b1
2. Create some windows with tabs, move them around, resize them
3. Close browser (preferably from the browser's menu so it will close all
windows in a single action)
4. Open browser again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows will be created following standard window management rules

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should be recreated with their previous positions and sizes.
