reconcile of liability account when all transactions have already been cleared

DESCRIPTION
Using Version 5.2.2-c4e0e3796
When opening the ledger for a liability account, the amount cleared listed at
the bottom is negative. 
If all entries are already cleared, when reconciling the difference value is
incorrect (double what it should be). 
Unclearing and clearing a transaction will fix the numbers

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KMymoney and open a liability ledger with all transactions cleared
note the negative cleared value
2. try to reconcile. Note the incorrect difference
3. change the clear flag on a transaction. Note that it is now correct

OBSERVED RESULT
cleared amount and difference amount are incorrect (see above)

EXPECTED RESULT
values to be correct (see above)
