DESCRIPTION
Apply Plasma Settings button in Plasma Login Manager KCM does not apply some
settings, such as cursor theme, icons theme, if they were set up by custom, not
system-wide Global Theme. If these settings were selected manually, KCM
correctly applies them. All settings which were tried to apply are installed
system-wide.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install some icon theme system-wide, e.g. Papirus
2. Create new custom Global Theme with these icons
3. Apply this new theme to Plasma
4. Apply Plasma Settings in Plasma Login Manager KCM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As I understood, Global Theme stores applied settings in .config/kdedefaults/*,
and they are not copied in plasmalogin folder. In copied files
(.config/kdeglobals, .config/kcminputrc, ...) entries with settings applied
from Global Theme are erased. But if I try to copy manually, it still doesn't
work for some reason.
