I can reproduce the same type of issue on a different platform/setup.

My system:
- openSUSE Tumbleweed
- KDE Plasma 6.7.3
- KWin 6.7.3
- KScreen: 6.7.3
- X11 session
- Intel UHD Graphics 620
- Mesa 26.1.5
- OpenGL/GLX compositor
-OpenGL vendor: Intel
- OpenGL renderer: Mesa Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 (KBL GT2)
- OpenGL version: 4.6 (Compatibility Profile) Mesa 26.1.5
- GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Kaby Lake-R)
- Kernel driver: i915
- Xorg driver: modesetting


Hardware:
- Dell Latitude 7490
- Dell Thunderbolt Dock TB16
Displays:
- 3840x2160 @60 Hz (DisplayPort)
- 3840x2160 @30 Hz (HDMI)
- internal 1920x1080 @60 Hz

Monitor layout:
DP-1-2: 3840x2160 @60 Hz, position 0,0
DP-2-1: 3840x2160 @30 Hz, position 3840,0
eDP-1: 1920x1080 @60 Hz, position 7680,1080

Virtual screen:
9600x2160

The symptom is the same:
A one-pixel-wide strip of window content appears on the adjacent monitor when a
window touches a monitor boundary.

Additional observations:
- It is not limited to maximized windows.
- Manually resized windows reproduce it when their edge touches a monitor
boundary.
- xwininfo reports correct window geometry.
- The issue disappears immediately when KWin compositing is disabled
(Alt+Shift+F12).
- Disabling window shadows does not change the behavior.
- Restarting kwin_x11 --replace does not reliably remove it.
- The issue can occur in both directions depending on the window:
one window may bleed to the right monitor, another one to the left monitor.

This looks like the same underlying KWin rendering/clipping issue rather than a
monitor geometry problem.
This report appears to be related to the existing issue, but this is a separate
reproduction on X11 with Intel graphics.
