STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for some common text found in file names, like "picture" inside aMule
https://github.com/amule-org/aMule Search tab, it should find files shared by
other users. Download several tens of small files (several MB per file).
2. I switch to other app and when file completes download there is classic
Plasma notification and during this, there is a freeze of UI, like clock stops
counting for several seconds. Mouse moves.
CPU is not over-utilized, disk is SSD. Around the event, there may be a disk
read or write spike. Image

shows write spike for example. But different time the read speed is half, but
freeze still happen.
- It freezes task bar and also desktop widgets (system monitor), not mouse or
other apps content. When i click frozen content (task bar item), it remembers
it does the action and it is visible after freeze ends.
- When multiple file download notifications are displayed at once, freeze is
longer.
- Other notifications like moving a file, does not freeze Plasma UI
- Journalctl does not show anything around the time of event.
If I need to try something, please tell me exact commands, steps. Thank you
