Settings changes should be applied on the fly or have a dedicated keyboard
combo to apply/save settings. Right now the method requiring people to move
their cursor down to to the bottom of the screen for every setting to click
apply/save changes feels very clunky. If people are attached to having an apply
step then something like CTRL+S should work since there is nothing else using
it in settings and that seems like a combo that the average user would already
be in a habit of using.
