STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Stumble upon systemsettings > kcm_formats on bug.kde, that requires KDE
Plasma 5.25
OBSERVED RESULT
"Plasma 5 isn’t maintained anymore by the KDE Community."
Meaning that there's no reason to accept reports here.
EXPECTED RESULT
kcm_formats should be removed.
