DESCRIPTION
With a multi-monitor setup where at least one monitor is portrait, vertically
resizing the yakuake terminal causes it to jump to a much larger size and not
follow the mouse cursor. It appears that there is an offset on the mouse
pointers y position that is related to the height that the portrait monitor
"protrudes" above the primary landscape monitor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. At least 1 landscape display (A), At least 1 portrait display (B)
2. In System Settings > Display & Monitor > Display Configuration
The top edge of the portrait display (B) is above the top edge of the landscape
display (A)
3. Open Yakuake on landscape display (A)
4. Attempt to vertically resize the Yakuake window with the mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
In this scenario, vertically resizing causes the window to jump to a larger
size and maintain a vertical offset from the mouse cursor that seems relative
to the difference in height between the top edge of portrait display A and
landscape display B.
EXPECTED RESULT
The vertical resizing would respect and follow the mouse cursor's y position
for the display that Yakuake is currently open on.
