DESCRIPTION

When changing the plasma homescreen from "Folio" to "Desktop" the user is
soft-locked and has no way to switch back to other homescreens

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a default Plasma Mobile installation, long press the homescreen
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap "Change Homescreen"
4. Select "Desktop"

OBSERVED RESULT

Once the user goes to desktop, they are softlocked, the home button becomes
unresponsive, and holding the homescreen does not do anything, right clicking
with a mouse plugged in does not do anything either.

EXPECTED RESULT

The user should be able to long press the home screen and switch back to the
original settings.
