DESCRIPTION
I open Discover, check for updates. I see an available system update
notification > update. The process dies without a remark. I try to refresh the
update list nothing new available. I start to use Cli commands like updatectl
update or run0 KDE_LINUX_SYSUPDATED_ENABLE_STORE=1 updatectl update. All show
the the system is up to date, nothong to do. this not the case!.
As a naive user I have the impression. that first thing the update does to mark
the system as updated, assuming that it will finish without problems. All I can
do is to wait a couple of days and try that day's system update.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. see the above description
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
impossibe restart of the update

EXPECTED RESULT
fresh updated system
