In the SDDM login screen, when Caps Lock is enabled while entering the
password, the Russian message contains a typo.
Current text:
"чВведите пароль"
Expected text:
"Введите пароль"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to Russian language.
2. Open the SDDM login screen.
3. Enable Caps Lock while entering the password.
4. Observe the message.
