--- Comment #3 from [email protected] --- Further observation: This also happens when you click on the configure icon in any of the applets (Clipboard, KDE Connect, Vaults and Weather report have their own custom dialogs and not KCMs, so they tend to be smaller and more easier obscured). But at least these appear in the taskbard and can be alt-tabbed to and then closed via alt+F4 or something like that. So I would not consider this to be a bug.
