Mouse input hang in Chrome and VS Code under Wayland. Clicks and hover stop
responding. Moving cursor out and back in restores it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any Chromium or Electron-based application on a Wayland session
(default on KDE).
2. Use the mouse normally — click, hover, move across the window.
3. At random intervals, mouse movements, clicks, and hover events stop
responding within the application window.
OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse input (movement, clicks, hover) becomes unresponsive inside the
application window. Moving the mouse pointer outside the window and back in
temporarily restores mouse functionality. Keyboard input continues to work
normally both during the hang and after recovery.
EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse input should remain responsive at all times without requiring the user to
leave and re-enter the window.
