keyboard knob evtest volume
When using a keyboard knob, some inputs get ignored if the knob is turned
(moderately) fast. The key inputs (e.g. KEY_VOLUMEUP) are seen by evtest, but
often don't result in a volume change. Sometimes it kinda works though.
I've recorded a video of the evtest inputs and volume showing. At 0:20 seconds
I turn the knob fast and evtest shows a lot of KEY_VOLUMEUP's, but the volume
doesn't change. When turning the knob slowly, the volume does change
consistently.
The volume changes normally in Windows 11 while quickly turning the keyboard
knob.
When using a mouse wheel over the volume applet, the volume changes very fast
and consistently in KDE.
