DESCRIPTION
Opened the FileChooser Dialog in SqliteBrowser and there Plasma's heart truly
beats!
Please see the screen recording.
If it beats depends on the pane size:
- If it is small enough that it shows little monochrome icons make, the heart
beat stops
- As soon as it shows colorful icons it starts beating
- Making it a bit wider until a scrollbar appears, makes it stop again
